Abigael D. Pence
Since admission to the Washington State Bar in May of 2019, Abigael has represented hundreds of clients in jurisdictions all over the Puget Sound region including Pierce County, King County, Lewis County, Thurston County, Mason County, Grays Harbor County, Snohomish County, as well as most of the municipalities within those counties. Abigael is a determined and hard-working attorney who is unafraid to aggressively represent her clients in and out of the courtroom. Abigael has a strong record of winning favorable resolutions for her clients, including successful jury verdicts after trial, favorable rulings on pretrial motions, and even a successfully overturned jury verdict on appeal.
A native of this area, Abigael attended college in Ellensburg, Washington, where she worked as a writing tutor with Central Washington University and double-majored in Philosophy (with a Specialization in Religious Studies) and Law and Justice. At the age of 22, Abigael graduated from Seattle University School of Law in December 2017.
Abigael loves to travel with her family and experience other parts of the world. This includes Senegal, Scotland, Sweden, England, Mexico, France, and Italy. She also loves exploring closer destinations, including Missoula, Cle Elum, and Chelan.
